Jenni joined John Curtin in May 2008, from 10 years as CEO of Pinarc Support Services, a disability support organization in Ballarat. She brings extensive experience in organizational management as well as clinical background in psychogeriatric nursing. As CEO, she is responsible for all day to day operations of the facility, accreditation, personnel management and working alongside the Board in planning future directions and developments.

Jane Chester
Finance Manager
Jane is responsible for all finance issues within John Curtin. She oversees development of the annual budget, staff payroll, payment of accounts, processing of claims, resident fees and accommodation bonds, maintenance of trust account or any issue related to the financial management of John Curtin Aged Care.
Jo Cowley
Clinical Manager
With sixty-five residents ageing in place, the demand for high quality clinical care increases. This has seen the need for increase in the amount of time we have Registered Nurses, Division 1 on duty. Jo is responsible to ensure clinical issues are responded to appropriately 7 days per week 24 hours per day. If you have any concerns around care or health, please approach Jo.
She has a team of registered Nurses Div 1 who work across those hours supporting our clinical care staff on a day to day basis, including on-call support overnight. The RN Div 1s have two main roles within their positions. The first is to provide clinical support and assessment to the residents and staff of John Curtin, including liaison with General Practitioners. Their second role is related to the management of the clinical area involving policy and procedure development, staff and resource management, and education.
